Refund policy

At Brand & Shaul, we want you to shop with confidence. All purchases are covered by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Easy Returns

• You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused, complete with all tags/cards, and in their original packaging.

• If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full remedy under the law.

Refund Details

• For returns not related to a fault, a deduction of 5% or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) will be applied.

• Refunds are processed promptly within 7 days after we receive the goods in good condition.

How to Return

1. Email us at returns@brand-shaul.com to request a return.

2. We’ll send you a return label and code.

3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and make sure the code is visible.

4. Drop the package at your nearest service point.
